Substrate

NCT’s β-Ga2O3 single crystal substrates are designed for research use.
Available in multiple orientations: (001) in 2-inch, 100 mm, and 150 mm; (010) and (011) in 10×15 mm2; (-201) in 2-inch; and (100) in small piece size. Sn-doped, undoped, and Fe-doped options are available depending on orientation.
