The user may avail of most of the services on this website without providing personal information; however, please understand that some services are available only to users who have provided personal information to the Company and group companies.

In the case that personal information is acquired from the user in writing, the Company and group companies shall expressly state the purpose of use every time they do so, unless the purpose of use is apparent. 4. Except for the cases stated below, the Company and group companies shall not disclose personal information to any third party without prior agreement from the user.

When the Company and group companies commission part of their operations to a third party in order to implement the above purposes of use (As regards the third party, measures shall be taken to carefully manage and prohibit use of personal information for any purpose other than that stipulated in the contract.)

When the Company and group companies are required to cooperate with the national government or municipal bodies and/or organizations or their consignees in the performance of tasks and/or services as stipulated by law
(3)
When the Company and group companies are required to protect human life, avoid injury, or protect assets and it is difficult to obtain user’s consent

5. Users who wish to inquire about or delete their personal information may use the inquiry form on this website, and the Company and group companies shall appropriately handle the inquiry.

6. The Company and group companies shall, from technological and management perspectives, take reasonable and appropriate protective measures to prevent illegal access to, or loss, falsification, and leakage of personal information, and to securely store it. The Company and group companies shall also maintain personal information for the period deemed appropriate and necessary.

7. The Company and group companies shall not only strictly comply with laws and regulations as well as other relevant rules to protect personal information but also continuously improve management system for the protection of personal information in accordance with changes in the social environment.
